bot platform 2.0

2.0 is live and seems relatively stable thus far:

- lorebooks
- custom prompt injection loader (this isn't front-end visible but it keeps models from going off-task or turning into generic assistants after 20 turns)
- Directive system fully operational, user-custom Directives can be added & published
- Tracker system, this holds the tracker framework outside the chat history and a second smaller model handles the API call exclusively for the tracker, keeping it accurate and up-to-date as it's displayed at the side of the window
- small QoL changes incl. delete/edit buttons in chat and animated GIF pfps are available
- other crap i'm too tired to think about right now
